Billing

All prices are U.S. Dollars ($US).

No CODs

Since we build some of our products to order, we must insist on payment with the order. We’ve priced our products at the lowest possible price in order to provide you with top quality products at affordable prices. We are not a large company and cannot afford to finance the materials and wait for our money. Worse yet, is not to be paid. Hey, it happens. That would mean that we’d have to pass on the losses in the form of higher prices to everyone. We are not a bank! Sorry, we don’t accept COD’s.

Credit Cards

Credit card payment is preferred. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Checks and Wire Transfers

Checks are okay but if you send a check, we’ll hold your order until your check clears. Wire transfers are okay. We can send you our bank wire information. If you pay by wire transfer, we add an additional U.S.D. $25.00 fee to cover bank handling charges.

Shipping

In most cases we ship by UPS, but we will ship by any method you specify. International shipments are most often shipped via BAX Air Global or DHL but again, we will ship most any way you wish. In many countries, BAX Global will ship freight collect. If we prepay freight charges, we will add 10% of the freight charge for handling. Purchaser is responsible for any local taxes or import duties.
